Nurjahan qualified as a solicitor in 2018 after completing her training at John Bays & Co. She became a partner at the firm in 2022.

She advises both corporate and individual clients on the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial real estate.

Nurjahan has extensive experience across all aspects of leasehold and freehold residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, statutory and negotiated lease extensions, and deeds of variation and rectification. She also acts on transactions involving shared ownership properties and new-build developments.

In addition, Nurjahan handles the sale and purchase, as well as the grant and renewal of leases, of commercial properties including shops, pharmacies and large convenience stores, providing clients with clear and pragmatic guidance throughout each transaction.
