Riyad qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined John Bays & Co shortly thereafter. He has been a Partner at the firm since 2008.

Riyad specialises in all aspects of conveyancing, acting on the acquisition and disposal of both residential and commercial property. His expertise includes re-mortgages, buy-to-let transactions, transfers of equity, and the preparation of tenancy and lease agreements. He deals with landlord and tenant matters to include enfranchisement work.

Riyad has particular experience in representing lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions.
